Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mangoes: Peel and chop fresh ripe mangoes into chunks. If using frozen mango, thaw slightly while keeping it cold for optimal texture.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: Combine mango pieces, lemon or lime juice, sugar or sweetener, and water in a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is ultra-smooth and creamy.
