Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Whisk together the eggs and milk or cream until smooth and slightly frothy. Chop your chosen vegetables, meats, and herbs into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine and Season: Mix the chopped ingredients into the egg mixture, folding in the cheese last. Season with salt, pepper, and any optional herbs or spices to build your desired flavor profile.
  3. Fill the Muffin Tin: Lightly grease a muffin tin or line with silicone cups. Pour the mixture evenly into each cup, filling about three-quarters full to allow room for rising without spills.
