  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the Lasagna Noodles: Boil the lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain carefully and lay them flat on a baking sheet to prevent sticking. Let them cool slightly before filling.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until well combined to form a rich, creamy filling.
  3. Spread the Filling: Take each cooked noodle and spread a generous, even layer of the chicken and cheese mixture over it, leaving a small border around the edges to facilitate rolling.
  4. Roll Up the Noodles: Carefully roll each noodle from one end to the other, creating tight roll-ups with the filling enclosed inside.
  5. Assemble in Baking Dish: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the roll-ups seam side down in the dish in a single layer. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the roll-ups. Sprinkle the top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Bake Until Bubbly: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the assembled dish for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown on top.
