Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms: Gently clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. Carefully remove the stems and hollow out the caps to create space for stuffing. Set the stems aside for the filling.
  2. Sauté the Stems and Garlic: Finely chop the mushroom stems and sauté them with minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. This forms a rich base for the filling.
  3. Make the Cheese Filling: In a bowl, combine the sautéed mushroom stems and garlic with cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
  4. Stuff the Mushrooms: Generously spoon the creamy cheese mixture into each mushroom cap, filling them to the brim for that gooey, irresistible bite.
