Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, minced onion, garlic powder, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly using your hands or a spoon until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the Croquettes: Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into oval or cylindrical croquettes, roughly the size of a golf ball. Make sure they are compact to avoid breaking during cooking.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes. This step ensures the croquettes cook evenly and develop a golden crust.
  4. Air Fry the Croquettes: Place the croquettes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy on the outside and fully cooked inside.
