Instructions

  1. Cook and Drain Pasta: Boil the pasta for 1-2 minutes less than package instructions to keep it slightly undercooked, so it holds shape during air frying. Drain well and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Season and Oil Pasta: In a mixing bowl, toss the drained pasta with olive oil, salt, and your choice of seasoning(s). Add Parmesan cheese now if using, to help the chips crisp and add flavor.
  3. Preheat and Arrange in Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spread the pasta pieces in a single layer inside the basket to ensure even airflow and crispness. Avoid overcrowding for best results.
  4. Air Fry Until Crispy: Air fry the pasta for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket every 3 minutes to promote even browning and crispness. Watch closely near the end to prevent burning.
  5. Cool and Serve: Remove the crispy pasta chips and let them cool briefly to crisp up further. Serve immediately or store for later snacking.
